Soeilane appears to be soe, "truth", combined with something related to ailen, alien, perhaps. "Truth before", or "truth yet", fits quite well as a word for foreteller.
Ishashin may be a combination of "betray" (ishar/isham) and shin, "journey", translating to something like "journey of betrayal". In context, rendered as "conspiring".
It is strange to see bajav nakran, as neither word bears much resemblance to any others. However, we can infer from word order that bajav means Ajah, and nakran means insecure.
